News from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that on September 20, the 14th Cross-Strait Information Industry and Technical Standards Forum, co-sponsored by the China Communications Standards Association, the China Electronics Industry Standardization Technology Association and the Huaju Industry Common Standards Promotion Foundation, announced four common standards in three areas such as solar photovoltaic, cloud computing and service applications, and one "Cross-Strait Cloud Computing Industry Application Case Compilation Version 3.0", and signed the "Cross-Strait Promotion of Telematics Standards and Industry Cooperation Memorandum".

Participating experts also conducted in-depth discussions on issues of concern to both sides, such as standard cooperation mechanism, technical standard development, industrialization cooperation, etc., and reached 35 consensuses. These 35 consensus items include: in the area of intelligent manufacturing, implementing and completing the development of four common standards, namely, "Robot Grinding and Polishing Application Standard - General Technology", "Cross-equipment Manufacturing Communication Standard - Communication Interface between Robot and Tooling Machine", "Robot Vision Standard", and "Robot Controller Standard"; carrying out the development of four common standards such as intelligent inspection based on machine vision, tooling machine interconnection and interoperability technical requirements, tooling machine to cloud communication architecture, and tooling machine information model. Architecture and tool machine information modeling and other four common standard development; to carry out cross-strait intelligent machinery mechanical safety and information security standards research.

In terms of cloud computing, we will compile application cases version 4.0, focusing on cases combining cloud computing with smart cities, big data, and the Internet of Things, and gradually form a cross-strait cloud computing application case database; continue to docking demand for cross-strait industrial cooperation, and promote cross-strait industrial cooperation; carry out the compilation of the "Development, Operation, and Maintenance Integration (DevOps) Common Standards Research Report", and promote the preparation of common standards for cross-strait follow-up development, operation, and maintenance integration methods and technologies. The preparation of common standards for development, operation and maintenance integration (DevOps), and the promotion of cross-strait follow-up development, operation and maintenance integration methodology and technology; the promotion of the preparation of common standards for the Technical Requirements for Whole-Cabinet Server Node Subsystems, and the Technical Requirements for Whole-Cabinet Server Supply and Electronic Systems; and the promotion of the establishment of a cross-strait open-source cooperation mechanism on cloud computing, and the sharing of cross-strait open-source technology and application innovation.

In terms of Telematics, based on the signed Memorandum on Cross-Strait Cooperation on Telematics Standards and Industries, a cross-strait expert technical committee will be established to carry out exchanges and cooperation on Telematics standards and industries; strengthen cooperation on Telematics and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) modules and systems; and carry out LTE-based Telematics Wireless Communication Technology (LTE-V2X) and 5G Telematics Wireless Communication Technology (5G-V2X). (LTE-V2X) and 5G-V2X; continue to strengthen cross-strait research and cooperation on emergency rescue technology and service standards for Telematics.

In the area of mobile communications/mobile Internet, promote cross-Strait cooperation in R&D, industrialization and commercial deployment of NB-IoT-related products, and push the NB-IoT industry to achieve low cost as soon as possible; jointly promote the construction of cross-Strait 5G industrial ecosystems and the study of 5G services; and strengthen cross-Strait cooperation in the area of 5G standardization.

In solar photovoltaic, strengthen cross-strait photovoltaic industry exchanges and cooperation, jointly promote the development of cross-strait solar photovoltaic common standards and promote the application of solar photovoltaic batteries; continue to jointly participate in the IEC/TC82 standard activities, support the WG8 Photovoltaic Battery Working Group and PVQAT, and promote the development of international standards in the field of solar photovoltaic.

In the area of lithium-ion batteries, complete the development of common standards for the Safety Requirements for Lithium-ion Single Cell Batteries and Battery Systems for Electric Power Energy Storage Systems and Performance Requirements for Lithium-ion Single Cell Batteries and Battery Systems for Electric Power Energy Storage Systems; and carry out the research on the method of evaluating the reliability of lithium-ion power battery systems.

In terms of semiconductor lighting, for office and classroom lighting, and jointly explore the intelligent health lighting standards.

It is reported that since 2005, the Forum has formed a total of 388 industrial consensus, announced 49 cross-strait common technical standards, and become an important platform for cross-strait cooperation in the information industry and technical standards.
